  1. 1. Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the chili pepper and cut it lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds and the white inner membrane from the chili.
  4. 4. Dice the deseeded chili finely.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Rinse the beans briefly under cold water.
  7. 7. Let the beans drain well.
  8. 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the onion cubes and garlic in the oil.
  10. 10. Add the diced chili and beans to the pan.
  11. 11. Cook the mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  12. 12. Stir the yogurt and lemon juice into the beans.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with salt.
  14. 14. Gently fold in the chopped coriander leaves.
  15. 15. Season the fish pieces with salt.
  16. 16. Heat the remaining oil in a grill pan.
  17. 17. Fry the salmon for about 3 minutes on the first side.
  18. 18. Turn the salmon and fry it for another 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Place the cooked salmon on the plates.
  20. 20. Add the bean yogurt sauce.
  21. 21. Serve the dish immediately.
