🍽️ Salmon fillets in foil packets

Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks (approx. 160 g each)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 box cress
- chives (2 tbsp each, finely chopped)
- parsley (2 tbsp each, finely chopped)
- lemon balm
- 150 g crème fraîche
Instructions
- 1. Place each salmon fillet on a separate piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with lemon juice and season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 2. Mix the fresh herbs with the Creme Fraiche, the lemon zest, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and a little water if needed until you have a smooth sauce. Season the mixture well with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread the herb sauce over the salmon pieces. Loosely seal the top of the foil to let steam escape. Bake the packets in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
