  1. 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. 2. Rinse the pasta with cold water and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Toast the pine nuts in a hot pan until golden brown.
  4. 4. Let the pine nuts cool down.
  5. 5. Rinse the parsley and thyme and shake them dry.
  6. 6. Strip the leaves from the herb stems.
  7. 7. Place the herbs, pine nuts, and oil into a blending cup.
  8. 8. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  9. 9. Stir 2 tablespoons of Parmesan into the paste.
  10. 10. Season the paste with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  12. 12. Place two pasta sheets slightly overlapping each other.
  13. 13. Spread the herb paste over the pasta sheets.
  14. 14. Leave a narrow border around the edges.
  15. 15. Rinse the salmon and pat it dry.
  16. 16. Cut the salmon into 4 equal steaks.
  17. 17. Place one salmon steak in the center of the pasta.
  18. 18. Wrap the pasta around the salmon.
  19. 19. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  20. 20. Brush the rolls with melted butter.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the rolls.
  22. 22. Bake the rolls in the oven for approx. 15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  23. 23. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
  24. 24. Rinse the spinach and remove coarse stems.
  25. 25. Chop the spinach roughly.
  26. 26. Sauté the garlic in butter in a hot pan for a short time.
  27. 27. Add the spinach to the pan and let it wilt.
  28. 28. Add the cream and let the sauce simmer briefly.
  29. 29. Season the spinach with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  30. 30. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest briefly.
  31. 31. Cut the salmon into pieces.
  32. 32. Serve the salmon on top of the spinach.
