🍽️ Crunchy Sesame Salmon

Ingredients
- 400 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp light sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Drizzle some lemon juice over the fillet.
- 4. Brush the salmon thinly with sesame oil.
- 5. Season the fish evenly with salt and pepper.
- 6. Roll the fillet in the sesame seeds until it is covered all around.
- 7. Place the salmon in a suitable baking dish.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 9. Put the dish in the oven and bake the salmon for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Take the salmon out of the oven.
- 11. Plate the dish and serve it.
