🍽️ Crispy Salmon Filo Parcels

Ingredients
- 400 g filo pastry
- 200 g salmon fillet
- lime juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Stack two sheets of filo pastry on top of each other.
- 4. Cut the pastry stack into rectangles of approximately 14 by 10 centimeters.
- 5. Rinse the salmon under running water.
- 6. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Cut the salmon into pieces about 10 to 12 centimeters long.
- 8. Season the fish pieces with lime juice, salt, and lemon juice.
- 9. Place the seasoned salmon pieces onto the pastry rectangles.
- 10. Wrap the salmon tightly in the filo pastry.
- 11. Brush the open edges of the pastry with a little water.
- 12. Press the edges firmly together so they stick.
- 13. Brush the sealed ends with water as well.
- 14. Securely close the ends of the parcel.
- 15. Brush the entire surface of the parcels with olive oil.
- 16. Place the parcels onto the prepared baking tray.
- 17. Bake the parcels in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 18. Turn the parcels over a few times during the baking process.
