  1. 1. Wash the chard thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the tough stems from the chard.
  3. 3. Cut the soft leaves into thin strips.
  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms.
  5. 5. Halve large mushrooms.
  6. 6. Heat some oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Add the chard and mushrooms to the pan.
  8. 8. Sauté the ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Stir the oat flakes into the mixture.
  10. 10. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
  12. 12. Set the pan aside.
  13. 13. Break the salmon into small pieces.
  14. 14. Slice the apricots into thin strips.
  15. 15. Gently press the package containing the reis-fit Feelgood Beans, Chia with Quinoa & Vegetables flat.
  16. 16. Open the package.
  17. 17. Pour the contents of the package into the pan.
  18. 18. Add 2 tablespoons of water.
  19. 19. Warm the food over low heat for 2 minutes.
  20. 20. Spoon the warmed reis-fit Feelgood Beans, Chia with Quinoa & Vegetables mixture into a bowl.
