Ingredients
- 2 fresh bagels
- soft butter
- 50 g cream cheese
- pepper (from the mill)
- paprika powder (sweet)
- 50 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- 1 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly. Then spread a thin layer of butter on all the toast halves.
- 2. Spread cream cheese on the bottom bagel halves and season with pepper and paprika powder. Loosely place the salmon pieces on top, sprinkle with chives, and cover with the top bagel halves.
