Ingredients
- 4 beef filet steaks (from the short rib, à 150 g)
- olive oil (extra virgin)
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill (charcoal or electric).
- 2. Place the steaks on the hot grill.
- 3. Grill the steaks on the first side for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 4. Turn the steaks and grill the second side for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- 5. Remove the steaks from the grill and place them on a serving plate.
- 6. Drizzle one tablespoon of oil over each steak.
- 7. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- 8. Serve the steaks with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad of your choice.
