🍽️ Quick-Seared Tuna with Spice Crust

Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 1 pinch coriander (finely ground)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (coarsely crushed)
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 400 g tuna fillet (whole piece)
- 2 tbsp soybean oil
- coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Mix pepper, coriander, cayenne pepper, sesame seeds, and salt in a small bowl.
- 2. Coat the tuna steak all over with the spice mixture.
- 3. Heat the soybean oil in a frying pan.
- 4. Sear the tuna steak on all sides for a short time over high heat.
- 5. Remove the steak from the pan.
- 6. Slice the tuna steak into pieces about 1 cm thick.
- 7. Garnish the slices with fresh coriander leaves.
