  2. 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the tuna with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the fish in the soy sauce.
  5. 5. Marinate the tuna in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Heat the sesame oil in a wok.
  7. 7. Remove the tuna from the marinade and pat it dry again.
  8. 8. Fry the tuna on all sides for a total of 4 minutes over high heat.
  9. 9. Wrap the fried fish in aluminum foil.
  10. 10. Let the tuna rest for a short time.
  11. 11. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate.
  12. 12. Cut the tuna fillet into thick slices.
  13. 13. Arrange the tuna slices on the lettuce.
  14. 14. Season the fish with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  15. 15. Add some wasabi paste.
