🍽️ Quick-fried tuna

Ingredients
- 800 g fresh tuna fillet
- 3 soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- salad leaves
- 4 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the tuna with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the fish in the soy sauce.
- 5. Marinate the tuna in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 6. Heat the sesame oil in a wok.
- 7. Remove the tuna from the marinade and pat it dry again.
- 8. Fry the tuna on all sides for a total of 4 minutes over high heat.
- 9. Wrap the fried fish in aluminum foil.
- 10. Let the tuna rest for a short time.
- 11. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate.
- 12. Cut the tuna fillet into thick slices.
- 13. Arrange the tuna slices on the lettuce.
- 14. Season the fish with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 15. Add some wasabi paste.
