  2. 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the tuna generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Place the fish in a bowl and cover it with soy sauce.
  5. 5. Let the tuna marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the fish from the marinade and pat it dry again.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  8. 8. Sear the tuna fillet on all sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. 9. Press the meat firmly into coarsely ground pepper after searing.
  10. 10. Slice the tuna into thick pieces.
  11. 11. Serve the fish slices on a bed of fresh spinach.
  12. 12. Garnish the dish with fresh olives.
