🍽️ Quick Pan-Seared Pepper Crusted Tuna

Ingredients
- 800 g fresh, elongated tuna fillet
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp coarse pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp oil
- a handful of young leaf spinach
- pickled black olives
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the tuna generously with salt and black pepper.
- 4. Place the fish in a bowl and cover it with soy sauce.
- 5. Let the tuna marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 6. Remove the fish from the marinade and pat it dry again.
- 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 8. Sear the tuna fillet on all sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 9. Press the meat firmly into coarsely ground pepper after searing.
- 10. Slice the tuna into thick pieces.
- 11. Serve the fish slices on a bed of fresh spinach.
- 12. Garnish the dish with fresh olives.
