  1. 1. Lightly pound the meat flat with a meat mallet.
  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them briefly.
  3. 3. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the core.
  5. 5. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
  7. 7. Cook the rice according to the package instructions until it is al dente.
  8. 8. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Fry the steaks for a maximum of 1.5 minutes on each side.
  10. 10. Ensure that the meat remains raw inside.
  11. 11. Cut the fried meat into cubes.
  12. 12. Catch the released meat juice in a small container.
  13. 13. Remove the meat cubes from the pan and keep them warm.
  14. 14. Add the tomato cubes, the chopped garlic, and 2 tablespoons of oregano to the hot pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the ingredients over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  16. 16. Return the meat cubes along with the collected juice to the pan.
  17. 17. Continue to sauté everything for another 1 minute.
  18. 18. Season the dish with salt and chili to taste.
  19. 19. Fill the rice into glasses.
  20. 20. Place the beef mixture on top of the rice.
