🍽️ Quick-fried tuna with pistachios

Ingredients
- 500 g tuna (sushi quality)
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 40 chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna briefly under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Coat the tuna evenly with the teriyaki sauce.
- 4. Roll the fish in the sesame seeds until it is covered all over.
- 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 6. Fry the tuna all over for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 7. Make sure the inside of the fish remains raw.
- 8. Mix the pistachios with the remaining oil and lemon juice.
- 9. Slice the fried tuna.
- 10. Place the tuna slices on the plates.
- 11. Distribute the pistachio dressing over the fish.
- 12. Drizzle the dish with a little balsamic vinegar.
- 13. Serve the tuna immediately.
