  1. 1. Rinse the tuna briefly under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Coat the tuna evenly with the teriyaki sauce.
  4. 4. Roll the fish in the sesame seeds until it is covered all over.
  5. 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  6. 6. Fry the tuna all over for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Make sure the inside of the fish remains raw.
  8. 8. Mix the pistachios with the remaining oil and lemon juice.
  9. 9. Slice the fried tuna.
  10. 10. Place the tuna slices on the plates.
  11. 11. Distribute the pistachio dressing over the fish.
  12. 12. Drizzle the dish with a little balsamic vinegar.
  13. 13. Serve the tuna immediately.
