🍽️ Turmeric Carrot Dip

Ingredients
- 3 Carrots (each 100 g)
- 80 g Tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into thick slices. Simmer the vegetables in boiling water for about 5 to 10 minutes until soft. Drain them and put them into a blender.
- 2. Add tahini, turmeric, cinnamon, and olive oil. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth. Serve the dip immediately.
