🍽️ Turmeric Curry Bread with Black Sesame

Ingredients
- 150 g Cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Dry yeast
- 400 g Wheat flour Type 550
- 10 g Butter
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 g Cumin (/ Cumin)
- 1 g Turmeric powder
- 2 g Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Black sesame
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the cashew nuts.
- 2. Add the chopped cashew nuts, yeast, flour, butter, sugar, salt, cumin, turmeric, and curry powder to the baking pan of your bread machine.
- 3. Pour 280 ml of water into the baking pan.
- 4. Start the bread machine and select program 3.
- 5. Score the bread with a sharp knife 1 hour before the baking time ends.
- 6. Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the bread.
