  6. 6. Drain the dried tomatoes.
  7. 7. Chop the dried tomatoes finely.
  8. 8. Wash the chili peppers.
  9. 9. Halve the chili peppers.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  11. 11. Cut the chili peppers into fine cubes.
  12. 12. Wash the chard.
  13. 13. Cut the chard into fine strips.
  14. 14. Peel the onions.
  15. 15. Cut the onions into fine strips.
  16. 16. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the chard and onions in the butter.
  18. 18. Add the chili peppers.
  19. 19. Pour in 3 tablespoons of water.
  20. 20. Cover the pot.
  21. 21. Simmer the vegetables over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  22. 22. Mix the bulgur with the sautéed vegetables.
