Ingredients
- 1 small peach
- 100 ml sparkling wine
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peach thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the peach dry with a clean cloth or kitchen paper.
- 3. Use a wooden skewer to poke several small holes all around the skin of the peach.
- 4. Place the prepared peach into a tall glass.
- 5. Carefully fill the glass with sparkling wine or champagne.
