🍽️ German Noodle Pudding with Raisins

Ingredients
- 400 g pasta (or spaghetti)
- 4 eggs
- 200 g raisins
- salt
- freshly grated nutmeg
- pepper (from a grinder)
- butter (for the baking dish)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- 2. Drain the pasta well.
- 3. Soak the raisins in hot water for 20 minutes.
- 4. Drain the raisins as well.
- 5. Grease a baking dish generously with fat.
- 6. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 7. Season the eggs with salt, plenty of pepper, and grated nutmeg.
- 8. Pour the seasoned egg mixture over the drained pasta.
- 9. Mix everything well so the pasta is evenly coated.
- 10. Fold the drained raisins into the noodle-egg mixture.
- 11. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- 12. Bake the casserole at 150 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
- 13. Remove the casserole from the oven when an even brown crust has formed.
