🍳 Sweet and Sour Pumpkin Kiwi Jam

Ingredients
- 900 g pumpkin
- 600 g kiwi
- juice of one lemon
- 500 g jam sugar (3:1)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the inside with the seeds.
- 2. Cut the pumpkin flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes as well.
- 4. Place the pumpkin and kiwi pieces into a bowl.
- 5. Sprinkle the fruit and vegetables with the sugar.
- 6. Add the lemon juice.
- 7. Mix everything well together.
- 8. Let the mixture sit for two hours.
- 9. Place the mixture into a pot.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
- 11. Let the jam simmer for five minutes.
- 12. Keep stirring so that nothing burns.
- 13. Perform a gel test to check the consistency.
- 14. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
