🍳 Sweet Pumpkin Jam

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Muscat pumpkin
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Orange
- 100 ml Apple juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)
- 500 g Jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the inside with the seeds.
- 2. Cut the flesh into small cubes. You need about 1 kilogram.
- 3. Squeeze the juice of one lemon.
- 4. Squeeze the juice of one orange.
- 5. Add the lemon juice, orange juice, and apple juice to the pumpkin.
- 6. Add the ginger.
- 7. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 8. Let the pumpkin cook for about 20 minutes.
- 9. The pumpkin is ready when it is soft but not falling apart.
- 10. Stir in the jam sugar.
- 11. Let the mixture bubble vigorously for 4 minutes while stirring.
- 12. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
- 13. Seal the jars immediately.
