  7. 7. Whisk the eggs with the cream until combined.
  8. 8. Season the egg mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  9. 9. Pour the egg mixture over the pumpkin strips.
  10. 10. Distribute the mozzarella slices and the sage leaves on top.
