  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan (preferably non-stick) until it is hot.
  3. 3. Fry the pumpkin cubes for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. 4. Season the vegetables with salt and add a small splash of water.
  5. 5. Simmer the pumpkin with the lid on for about 5 minutes until almost tender.
  6. 6. Remove the lid and let the remaining liquid evaporate completely.
  7. 7. Clean the porcini mushrooms and cut them into small pieces as well.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
  9. 9. Add the mushrooms and garlic to the pumpkin in the pan.
  10. 10. Fry everything together for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Finally, season the dish to taste with salt.
  12. 12. Transfer the vegetables into a serving bowl.
  13. 13. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley and green pepper.
  14. 14. Serve the dish warm.
