  5. 5. Rinse the pumpkin.
  6. 6. Cut the pumpkin into thin sticks.
  7. 7. Peel the shallots.
  8. 8. Dice the shallots finely.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Add the shallots, pumpkin, cloves, and coriander to the hot pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Deglaze the mixture with red wine.
  13. 13. Cover the pan.
  14. 14. Cook the vegetables on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Ensure the vegetables remain al dente.
  16. 16. Fold the plums into the vegetable mixture.
  17. 17. Simmer the dish for another 2 minutes without the lid.
  18. 18. Season with salt, allspice, and pepper.
  19. 19. Remove the cloves before serving.
