Ingredients
- 1 cup Exquisa (Fitline Protein Vanilla)
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 slice pureed Hokkaido pumpkin
- Coconut blossom sugar (or agave syrup to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Boil the Hokkaido pumpkin until tender, then cut out one slice. Remove the tough skin from this slice and mash the flesh into a smooth puree.
- 2. Mix the vanilla protein powder with the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and optionally with coconut blossom sugar or agave syrup. Stir everything well and pour the drink into glasses.
