🥤 Pumpkin Smoothie with Milk Foam

Ingredients
- 100 g soft, cooked pumpkin flesh
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 1 pinch mango powder
- 0.125 l low-fat milk
- 1 piece white truffle
Instructions
- 1. Puree the pumpkin finely with curry, mango powder, and salt. Whip up 1/8 liter of milk (use an espresso machine or a whisk). Stir 2/3 of the whipped milk into the pumpkin mixture, fill the mixture into a glass, and top with the remaining milk foam.
- 2. Garnish the smoothie with thin truffle slices.
