  5. 5. Mix everything thoroughly together.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
  7. 7. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
  8. 8. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and form a small mound.
  9. 9. Carefully place the mound into the hot fat.
  10. 10. Fry the fritters on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
