🍽️ Roast Pumpkin with Cinnamon and Butter

Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 800 g pumpkin (butternut squash)
- 0.5 bunch chives
- fat (for the baking sheet)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Melt the butter in a small pot or in the microwave.
- 3. Peel the pumpkin and cut it in half.
- 4. Remove the inside including the seeds.
- 5. Cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
- 6. Wash the chives and dry them thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 8. Place the pumpkin pieces on a greased baking sheet.
- 9. Pour the melted butter over the pumpkin.
- 10. Sprinkle cinnamon and sea salt over it.
- 11. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 12. Roast the pumpkin for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 13. Turn the pieces once halfway through the cooking time.
- 14. Remove the pumpkin from the oven.
- 15. Arrange the pieces in small bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle them with the chive rings.
- 17. Serve the dish warm.
