Ingredients
- 1.5 kg butternut squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- thyme (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into wedges. Place the pieces on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, spread the honey over them, and season with salt and pepper. Roast the pumpkin for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Serve the pumpkin garnished with thyme.
