Ingredients
- 180 g whole wheat flour
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter
- 125 ml buttermilk
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil until fragrant.
- 3. Roughly chop the toasted seeds.
- 4. Mix the chopped seeds with the remaining ingredients and knead everything into a dough.
- 5. Roll out the dough very thinly.
- 6. Cut out cracker shapes or other shapes from the dough.
- 7. Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
