🍽️ Spicy Cumin-Fennel Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 0.5 dried chili pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 80 ml classic vegetable broth
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- 1. Place cumin, fennel seeds, coriander, and the chili pepper into a mortar.
- 2. Coarsely crush the spices and the pepper using the pestle.
- 3. Transfer the crushed spice mixture into a small bowl.
- 4. Add the oil and the vegetable broth to the bowl.
- 5. Stir the mixture well with a spoon until it is homogeneous.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove completely.
- 7. Place the peeled clove into a garlic press.
- 8. Press the garlic directly into the marinade.
