🍽️ Fresh Watercress Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 200 g watercress
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp mustard (medium hot)
- 1 tsp honey
- 6 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 4 cress flowers (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the watercress thoroughly and shake it dry. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until a vinaigrette (a sauce made from oil and acid) is formed.
- 2. Arrange the watercress and smoked salmon on the plates. Drizzle the vinaigrette over them and garnish the dish with the flowers. Serve with fresh white bread if desired.
