🥤 Fresh Watercress and Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 box garden cress
- 350 g cucumber
- 100 ml celery juice
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watercress leaves off the plant using kitchen scissors.
- 2. Take about one teaspoon of the watercress and set it aside.
- 3. Put the remaining watercress into a stand mixer.
- 4. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 5. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 6. Cut a thick slice from the cucumber.
- 7. Dice the rest of the cucumber roughly.
- 8. Add the diced cucumber to the mixer with the watercress.
- 9. Pour the celery juice into the mixer.
- 10. Add some ice cubes to the mixer.
- 11. Blend the ingredients on the highest setting until the mixture is very fine and smooth.
- 12. Pour the cocktail into a drinking glass.
- 13. Garnish the drink with the reserved watercress.
- 14. Place the thick cucumber slice as additional decoration on the rim or in the glass.
