  1. 1. Cut the watercress leaves off the plant using kitchen scissors.
  2. 2. Take about one teaspoon of the watercress and set it aside.
  3. 3. Put the remaining watercress into a stand mixer.
  4. 4. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  5. 5. Peel the cucumber completely.
  6. 6. Cut a thick slice from the cucumber.
  7. 7. Dice the rest of the cucumber roughly.
  8. 8. Add the diced cucumber to the mixer with the watercress.
  9. 9. Pour the celery juice into the mixer.
  10. 10. Add some ice cubes to the mixer.
  11. 11. Blend the ingredients on the highest setting until the mixture is very fine and smooth.
  12. 12. Pour the cocktail into a drinking glass.
  13. 13. Garnish the drink with the reserved watercress.
  14. 14. Place the thick cucumber slice as additional decoration on the rim or in the glass.
