Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 400 g cooked lobster meat (can or vacuum-packed)
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Finely chop two cloves.
- 3. Slice the remaining three cloves.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 7. Finely chop the chili peppers.
- 8. Let the crab meat drain well.
- 9. Pat the crab meat dry with kitchen paper.
- 10. Finely chop the crab meat.
- 11. Season the crab meat with salt and pepper.
- 12. Mix the crab meat with the chili peppers.
- 13. Add two tablespoons of oil.
- 14. Stir in the finely chopped garlic.
- 15. Fill the mixture into small individual molds.
- 16. Press the mixture firmly into the molds.
- 17. Let the salad rest for one hour.
- 18. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- 19. Fry the garlic slices until crispy.
- 20. Turn out the crab salad from the molds onto plates.
- 21. Garnish the salad with the crispy garlic slices.
- 22. Serve the salad immediately.
