  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
  5. 5. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  7. 7. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  8. 8. Let the crab meat drain well.
  9. 9. Pat the crab meat dry with kitchen paper.
  10. 10. Finely chop the crab meat.
  11. 11. Season the crab meat with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Mix the crab meat with the chili peppers.
  13. 13. Add two tablespoons of oil.
  14. 14. Stir in the finely chopped garlic.
  15. 15. Fill the mixture into small individual molds.
  16. 16. Press the mixture firmly into the molds.
  17. 17. Let the salad rest for one hour.
  18. 18. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  19. 19. Fry the garlic slices until crispy.
  20. 20. Turn out the crab salad from the molds onto plates.
