🍳 Crispy Vegetable Sticks with Fresh Herb Quark Dip

Ingredients
- 750 g mixed vegetables (e.g. bell pepper, cucumber, celery, chicory)
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables under running water.
- 2. Remove any tough stems or inedible parts.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into uniform, bite-sized strips.
- 4. Place the quark into a small bowl.
- 5. Add the yogurt to the quark mixture.
- 6. Stir the sour cream into the quark-yogurt mixture.
- 7. Season the dip base with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
- 9. Stir all ingredients for the dip base until smooth.
- 10. Rinse the fresh herbs under cold water.
- 11. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
- 12. Finely chop the herbs or tear them into small pieces.
- 13. Fold the chopped herbs into the quark mixture.
- 14. Serve the finished herb quark together with the vegetable sticks.
