  6. 6. Stir the sour cream into the quark-yogurt mixture.
  7. 7. Season the dip base with a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Stir all ingredients for the dip base until smooth.
  10. 10. Rinse the fresh herbs under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
