🍽️ DIY Herb-Infused Vinegar and Oil Duo

Ingredients
- 4 sprigs oregano
- 0.75 l raspberry vinegar (or good red wine vinegar)
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 0.75 l sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the oregano under running water.
- 2. Gently pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the dry oregano leaves into a clean bottle.
- 4. Pour vinegar over the leaves.
- 5. Seal the bottle tightly with a lid.
- 6. Place the bottle in a cool spot for two weeks.
- 7. Remove the oregano leaves from the vinegar after the steeping time.
- 8. Rinse the thyme under running water.
- 9. Gently pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Place the dry thyme leaves into a clean bottle.
- 11. Pour oil over the leaves.
- 12. Seal the bottle tightly with a lid.
- 13. Place the bottle in a cool spot for three weeks.
- 14. Remove the thyme leaves from the oil after the steeping time.
