🍽️ Fresh Ginger Mint Tea with Orange

Ingredients
- 1 piece Ginger (5 cm)
- 3 sprigs Peppermint (with flower and leaves)
- 1 sprig Lemon Balm (with plenty of leaves attached)
- 10 fresh organic Rose Petals
- 1 organic Orange (unwaxed)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the ginger under running water.
- 2. Cut the ginger into thick slices.
- 3. Wash the peppermint and lemon balm thoroughly.
- 4. Wash the orange.
- 5. Peel the orange lengthwise into strips.
- 6. Remove the white pith from the orange peel strips.
- 7. Cut the orange peels into thin strips.
- 8. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- 9. Let the boiling water cool down slightly.
- 10. Place the peppermint in a 1-liter glass carafe.
- 11. Add the lemon balm to the carafe.
- 12. Add the ginger slices to the carafe.
- 13. Add the orange peel strips to the carafe.
- 14. Pour the cooled water over the ingredients in the carafe.
- 15. Let the tea steep for 20 minutes.
- 16. Add the rose petals to the carafe shortly before serving.
- 17. Leave all ingredients in the carafe.
- 18. Serve the tea lukewarm.
