  1. 1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stems, and chop it very finely.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and chili for about 2 minutes until they are soft and translucent.
  4. 4. Pour in the broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and let the sauce cool down completely.
  6. 6. Rinse the herbs briefly under cold water and shake them dry.
  7. 7. Chop the herbs coarsely.
  8. 8. Add the chopped herbs and mustard to the cooled broth.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture finely using a hand blender.
  10. 10. Slowly pour the remaining oil into the sauce while blending.
  11. 11. Season the sauce to taste with salt.
  12. 12. Fill the finished sauce into a clean jar.
