  2. 2. Shake the herbs dry so that no water droplets remain.
  3. 3. Chop the dried herbs very finely.
  4. 4. Peel the skin off the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Press the peeled garlic through a garlic press.
  6. 6. Put the mayonnaise into a small bowl.
  7. 7. Add the finely chopped herbs to the mayonnaise.
  8. 8. Add the mustard to the bowl.
  9. 9. Add the vinegar to the bowl.
  10. 10. Add the pressed garlic to the bowl.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with black pepper.
  13. 13. Stir all ingredients well together until a homogeneous sauce is formed.
