🍽️ Fresh Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 250 g Mayonnaise
- 5 tbsp mixed herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, sorrel, cress, tarragon, basil)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry so that no water droplets remain.
- 3. Chop the dried herbs very finely.
- 4. Peel the skin off the garlic clove.
- 5. Press the peeled garlic through a garlic press.
- 6. Put the mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- 7. Add the finely chopped herbs to the mayonnaise.
- 8. Add the mustard to the bowl.
- 9. Add the vinegar to the bowl.
- 10. Add the pressed garlic to the bowl.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt.
- 12. Season the mixture with black pepper.
- 13. Stir all ingredients well together until a homogeneous sauce is formed.
