🍽️ Fresh Herb Quark with Tomato Strips

Ingredients
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp Whipping cream
- 100 g Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chives
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 slices Knäckebrot
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark, cream, yogurt, and sour cream into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture with a spoon or whisk until it is completely smooth and creamy.
- 3. Rinse the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 4. Set aside four whole tomatoes to use as decoration later.
- 5. Halve the remaining tomatoes and remove the inside (the pulp and seeds).
- 6. Cut the deseeded tomato halves into very fine strips.
- 7. Add the tomato strips and chive rings to the quark mixture.
- 8. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
- 10. Fill the herb quark into small glasses or bowls.
- 11. Place one of the reserved whole tomatoes on top of each quark as a garnish.
- 12. Serve the dish with crispbread as desired.
