  1. 1. Put the quark, cream, yogurt, and sour cream into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the mixture with a spoon or whisk until it is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Rinse the cherry tomatoes under running water.
  4. 4. Set aside four whole tomatoes to use as decoration later.
  5. 5. Halve the remaining tomatoes and remove the inside (the pulp and seeds).
  6. 6. Cut the deseeded tomato halves into very fine strips.
  7. 7. Add the tomato strips and chive rings to the quark mixture.
  8. 8. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
  10. 10. Fill the herb quark into small glasses or bowls.
  11. 11. Place one of the reserved whole tomatoes on top of each quark as a garnish.
  12. 12. Serve the dish with crispbread as desired.
