🍽️ Fresh Herb Quark Dip

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch parsley (10 g each)
- 0.25 bunch chives (5 g each)
- 0.25 bunch dill (5 g each)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 50 ml yogurt (1.5% fat)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Finely chop all the herbs.
- 5. Take two teaspoons of the chopped herbs and set them aside for garnish.
- 6. Add the remaining quark, sour cream, and yogurt to a bowl.
- 7. Add the remaining chopped herbs to the bowl.
- 8. Stir the ingredients well together.
- 9. Press the garlic through a garlic press directly into the mixture.
- 10. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Fill the herb quark into small bowls.
- 12. Garnish the dip with the reserved herbs.
- 13. Serve the dip with baguette.
