  3. 3. Pluck the leaves off the stems.

  5. 5. Take two teaspoons of the chopped herbs and set them aside for garnish.
  6. 6. Add the remaining quark, sour cream, and yogurt to a bowl.
  7. 7. Add the remaining chopped herbs to the bowl.
  8. 8. Stir the ingredients well together.
  9. 9. Press the garlic through a garlic press directly into the mixture.
