Ingredients
- 250 g Mayonnaise
- 5 tbsp mixed herbs (e.g. : parsley, chives, chervil, sorrel, cress, tarragon, basil)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place the salad mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- 2. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 3. Shake the herbs dry so that no water remains on them.
- 4. Chop the herbs very finely.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Press the garlic through a press or crush it finely.
- 7. Add the chopped herbs and garlic to the mayonnaise.
- 8. Add some lemon juice.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Stir everything well until it has a uniform consistency.
- 11. Fill the finished mayonnaise into small bowls for serving.
