  1. 1. Place the salad mayonnaise into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
  3. 3. Shake the herbs dry so that no water remains on them.
  4. 4. Chop the herbs very finely.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove.
  6. 6. Press the garlic through a press or crush it finely.
  7. 7. Add the chopped herbs and garlic to the mayonnaise.
  8. 8. Add some lemon juice.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Stir everything well until it has a uniform consistency.
  11. 11. Fill the finished mayonnaise into small bowls for serving.
