Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (parsley, dill, thyme, chives...)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll the dough out thinly and cut out small squares using a fluted cutter.
- 2. Sprinkle the crackers with coarse salt and press it in lightly. Bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
