🍽️ Fresh Herb Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, chervil, tarragon, dill, chives etc.)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp pink pepper
- 10 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour the vinegar into a bowl.
- 2. Add the mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Whisk the ingredients well with a spoon.
- 4. Get a whisk ready.
- 5. Add the oil slowly, drop by drop.
- 6. Whisk in the oil until the sauce is creamy.
- 7. Taste the dressing.
- 8. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- 9. Take the fresh herbs.
- 10. Chop the shallots finely.
- 11. Add the herbs and shallots to the sauce.
- 12. Take the pink peppercorns.
- 13. Stir everything in gently.
