🍽️ Fresh Herb Dip with Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 2 tbsp cress
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 g yogurt
- sprouts (as desired for garnishing)
- cress (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots.
- 2. Dice the shallots into very small pieces.
- 3. Place the shallots in a bowl.
- 4. Add the crème fraîche to the bowl.
- 5. Add the yogurt to the bowl.
- 6. Add the fresh herbs to the bowl.
- 7. Add the vinegar to the bowl.
- 8. Add the salt to the bowl.
- 9. Add the pepper to the bowl.
- 10. Stir all ingredients in the bowl well.
- 11. Add the oil to the bowl.
- 12. Gently fold in the oil until well combined.
- 13. Taste the dip.
- 14. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 15. Place the dip on a plate.
- 16. Garnish the dip with fresh sprouts.
- 17. Garnish the dip with cress.
- 18. Serve the dip.
