  7. 7. Wrap the salmon in plastic wrap.
  8. 8. Place the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Peel the onion.
  10. 10. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  11. 11. Heat the butter in a large pot.
  12. 12. Sauté the onions until they are soft and translucent.
  13. 13. Peel the potatoes.
  14. 14. Wash the potatoes.
  15. 15. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
