  5. 5. Divide the dough into 20 equal portions.

  7. 7. Roll each portion into a thin stick about 20 to 25 centimeters long.
  8. 8. Place the sticks side by side with some space between them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  11. 11. Bake the grissini in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until crisp.
