🍽️ Schnitzel with Fresh Herb Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 4 Schnitzel (Veal or Turkey)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour (for dredging the Schnitzel)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml dry White wine
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions, arugula, and parsley.
- 2. Finely chop the washed herbs and onions.
- 3. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
- 4. Lightly coat the schnitzels in flour so they are thinly dusted.
- 5. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 6. Fry the schnitzels over medium heat for about three to four minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 7. Remove the cooked schnitzels from the pan and set them aside to keep warm.
- 8. Deglaze the pan with white wine.
- 9. Stir the crème fraîche into the sauce.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt.
- 11. Let the sauce simmer for three minutes.
- 12. Add the chopped spring onions and herbs to the sauce.
- 13. Let the ingredients steep in the sauce for another two minutes.
