  3. 3. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Lightly coat the schnitzels in flour so they are thinly dusted.
  5. 5. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Fry the schnitzels over medium heat for about three to four minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the cooked schnitzels from the pan and set them aside to keep warm.
  8. 8. Deglaze the pan with white wine.
  9. 9. Stir the crème fraîche into the sauce.
  10. 10. Season the sauce with salt.
  11. 11. Let the sauce simmer for three minutes.
  12. 12. Add the chopped spring onions and herbs to the sauce.
  13. 13. Let the ingredients steep in the sauce for another two minutes.
