🍽️ Fresh Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g butter
- 3 tbsp finely chopped, mixed herbs (e.g. : chives, parsley, dill...)
- 2 tsp thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press. Take the butter and beat it in a slightly warmed bowl until creamy. Now stir in the pressed garlic, the fresh herbs, the lemon juice, and the salt until everything is well combined.
- 2. Place the seasoned butter on a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape the butter into a thick log, wrap it tightly in the foil, and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Slice the butter into thick rounds before serving.
