🍽️ Homemade Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 250 g butter
- 3 tbsp finely chopped, mixed herbs (e.g. : chives, parsley...)
- 2 tsp thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Press the garlic flesh through a press.
- 3. Place the butter in a bowl that you have warmed slightly.
- 4. Beat the butter with a spoon until creamy.
- 5. Add the pressed garlic to the butter.
- 6. Add the fresh chopped herbs.
- 7. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture.
- 8. Add a pinch of salt.
- 9. Stir everything well until it is evenly mixed.
- 10. Place the finished butter on a strip of plastic wrap.
- 11. Shape the butter into a thick roll using the wrap.
- 12. Twist the ends of the roll tightly.
- 13. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 14. Slice the butter into thick rounds before serving.
