  4. 4. Beat the butter with a spoon until creamy.
  5. 5. Add the pressed garlic to the butter.
  6. 6. Add the fresh chopped herbs.
  7. 7. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture.
  8. 8. Add a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Stir everything well until it is evenly mixed.
  10. 10. Place the finished butter on a strip of plastic wrap.
  11. 11. Shape the butter into a thick roll using the wrap.
  12. 12. Twist the ends of the roll tightly.
  13. 13. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  14. 14. Slice the butter into thick rounds before serving.
