Ingredients
- 0.25 l vegetable broth
- 0.25 l white wine
- 12 leaves gelatin
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 1 box cress
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in a large bowl with cold water.
- 2. Heat the vegetable broth in a pot.
- 3. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 4. Stir the squeezed gelatin into the warm broth until it has completely dissolved.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Pour the white wine into the broth.
- 7. Wash the herbs under running water.
- 8. Shake the herbs dry.
- 9. Finely chop the dill.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley.
- 11. Cut the cress into small pieces using kitchen scissors.
- 12. Pour the broth into small molds.
- 13. Wait until the broth begins to set.
- 14. Place the chopped herbs into the molds.
- 15. Use tweezers to place the herbs for a nice pattern.
